Our embedded transport networks and trusted relationships with carrier partners, allows Delamode International Logistics, to facilitate speedy Collections and to track product returns, systematically, against the original outbound order, at SKU and quantity line level.

With the necessary checks and balances in position, Delamode International Logistics, also provides QC assessment to mutually agreed, Client criteria. Webcams, at the Returns department, are utilised to consult with vested parties, where circumstances require, and our experienced teams will make informed decisions triaging, before returning product to stock, where applicable.

Product sold to market and then supplied from Delamode’s Customs bonded facilities, will follow our established route of managing returns, should they arise; however, if an order is fulfilled and then utilises our international T1 Shuttle service, across jurisdictions to customers in the EU Customs zone; this is where Delamode International Logistics provides value-adding expertise. In this situation, if a Refusal or Return does occur, we can turn a potentially costly outcome swiftly into a successful sale, cost effectively.
