Import Services has been invited to take part in the UKWA Industry Benchmarking Survey 2018.
This is the first in the history of UK warehousing & logistics, UKWA is launching an annual industry benchmarking survey, aimed at supporting its members in developing improvement goals, establishing a standardised industry management tool and crucially, publishing key metrics relating to the industry performance and best practice.
To achieve this, UKWA is working alongside WERC (Warehousing Education & Research Council), whose DC Measures survey in the US has been a recognised, cited, downloaded, and utilised resource for the past fifteen years.
As Import Services is a UKWA full member, we have been invited to participate in this critical work along with thousands of other distribution and logistics professionals across the US and in the UK.
We look forward to taking part and the findings that will result.
