Alan Blake PI Controller at our Docks site now has 20 years’ service
Stuart Turner OSDG Manager now has 15 years’ service
Kirsty Webb Shift Manager at our Hedge End site reached 15 years’ service in June
Sandra Haines from our Transport team has also reached 15 years’ service recently
Richard Pedder Supervisor at our Nursling site reached 15 years’ service in May
Roger Loveless, Import Services, Operations Director comments, “Our Company rightly positions itself as a premium provider of 3PL services, evidenced by our quality of service and success over many years. This would not be possible, unless we had a team of experienced committed staff, which is why we recognise the significant achievement of longevity within the business.”
Roger continues, “We take great pride that over 25% of our team has over 10 years’ service.”
Import Services has a track record of providing staff with opportunities to develop their careers, with an increasing number of employees who now have a senior or managerial role, having started with the Company at entry level.
