Booking Freight Shipping Services and Collections
Bookings and collections management is the gateway to our freight shipping services.
When you’re ready to transport your goods from either our UK or EU facility to retailers across the world, you’ll need to raise a booking or collection via our system. Our dedicated B&C team communicates with retailers and our operations team, to plan the preparation of your goods, and their delivery, to deadline.
Bookings: Required when delivering products into a retailer’s site. Bookings detail a specific time for our vehicle to attend and be offloaded, and a window of time this is to be completed in (usually between 15 mins – 1 hour+).
Collections: If a major retailer will be sending a vehicle to our facility to collect your goods, we will arrange a collection, and our operations team will ensure the goods will be prepared and loaded at a specific time.
Track & Trace
Delamode delivers truly connected freight shipping services, with a powerful system, integrations, and dedicated teams committed to providing couriers, hauliers, and you, with traceability and visibility of each shipment.
Couriers – We maintain excellent communication with couriers via our system integrations and long relationships. Our Blue Yonder WMS provides couriers with visibility of each parcel’s journey, and confirmation of delivery. This data is also shared on our client portal to give you visibility of shipping details.
Hauliers – While Hauliers are often less technically equipped to provide visibility and traceability, we have a team dedicated to working with hauliers to receive manual confirmation of POD’s and real time traceability, who then immediately update our system for your visibility.
