Following on from the BBC’s interview of Import Services Managing Director, John Eynon earlier this month, this week Roger Loveless, Import Services HR Director was recorded discussing the subject of potential Brexit impact on labour.
Within the wide-ranging interview with correspondent Alastair Fee, Roger discussed the change in demographics from non-UK Nationals to UK Nationals within the workforce and the challenge this presents from a supply and quality standpoint.
